Tech Enhancements - November 2, 2023
Welcome to the latest updates and improvements to the RPAG platform! Our goal is to provide you with the essential tools and support you need to grow your business. Our dedicated team is always working to enhance the platform and keep you up-to-date with the latest features and technological advancements. We are excited to share the following changes and improvements, which are designed to streamline processes, offer more flexibility, and provide a more polished and professional experience for users. Improved Features
- Manage Templates
- The FIR generation process for reports containing the Plan Allocation by Investment Type feature has been further refined, ensuring a seamlessly enhanced user experience.
- Advisor iQ
- We've fine-tuned the scoring process for certain funds within this feature, resulting in more accurate and reliable results.
- B3/Provider Analysis
- A text formatting refinement has been applied to the cybersecurity report, ensuring an error-free and polished report presentation.
- RFP Express
- We've further improved the order of bidders on report output, ensuring consistently organized reports.
- Client Servicing
- Custom services are now more accurately categorized as "Other" when integrated into the client servicing area, enhancing data organization and clarity.
- Sub-executive Role
- The assignment process for the sub-executive role has been optimized, making it easier for users designated as support for executive users.
Enhanced Features and Capabilities
- RPAG
- The suite number on the RPAG.com website has been updated.
- RFP Express
- We've updated the text from “Deleted Successfully” to “Archived Successfully” (please note that RFP Express reports cannot be deleted).
- Company Admin
- We've repositioned the RPAG/NFP account checkbox to ensure greater visibility when creating a new user account. This feature will no longer be automatically selected when adding a new profile, granting you more control over the account setup.
- Note: Users will now receive an error message when attempting to add a new user if their company does not currently support any additional licenses. This proactive approach ensures clarity and alignment with your company's licensing policies
