RPAG Celebrates 20 Years | Vince Giovinazzo’s Keynote

Vince Giovinazzo, the CEO and founder of Retirement Plan Advisory Group (RPAG), kicked off the RPAG National Conference with an inspiring and emotional address, marking the company's 20th anniversary. Originally known as “401K Producer Services,” the company began with a small group of advisors and a modest $200 million in assets under management (AUM). Today, RPAG members manage over 150,000 retirement plans and $1.6 trillion in assets. Vince humorously recalled the early days, from designing an "ugly" logo to hosting their first conference at the Montage with just a handful of attendees.

In a moving gesture, Vince asked the audience to stand if they had attended more than five RPAG conferences, narrowing down to those who had been present for all 20 years. Long-time members like Mitchell Haber and Todd Lohman, RPAG’s first members, were celebrated for their loyalty and contributions.
