The July edition is bringing the heat with timely updates, practical solutions, and strategic insights to support your mid-year momentum. From new resources and announcements to tech walkthroughs and due diligence resources, our experts are sharing what you need to know to stay ahead this summer.

Stay Informed with RPAG’s Latest Tools, Content, and Events (0:43)
Luke kicks off this month’s RPAG Scoop with updates and new resources you should have on your radar. He highlights a new digital session led by Christian covering RFP Express, and encourages members to subscribe to RPAG’s YouTube channel to stay in the loop on webinars, testimonials, and event coverage. Luke also shows viewers the Insights page on the RPAG website, where you’ll find blog articles, educational content, and the option to sign up for email updates. This is also where Participant Corner articles live, which are designed to help plan sponsors initiate important retirement conversations with their employees.

All of these participant-facing materials, including newsletters and memos, are also located in the Resource Center under the “Newsletters and Memos” folder. Advisors can white label this content and repurpose one-pagers and flyers for emails, social posts, or direct sponsor communication. Luke also shares that RPAG members now have access to exclusive CITs through the Technology Partnership Program. And finally, National Conference registration is now open. Look for email invitations and follow RPAG on social media for ongoing updates as the event approaches.

Use the Fiduciary Briefcase to Streamline Plan Sponsor Access (14:55)
Alexis returns for this month’s Ask an ASA segment to focus on a helpful tool for client engagement: the Fiduciary Briefcase. This is a secure file storage system that allows plan sponsors to access important plan-related documents 24/7. She shows where to find the briefcase on each client’s page and how to customize the widgets and text that your clients will see when they log in. Alexis recommends using the “View Fiduciary Briefcase” option to double-check what your clients are experiencing on their end.

Uploading to the briefcase is quick and flexible. You can use the “Upload to Fiduciary Briefcase” button directly from the client’s portal, or automate uploads by selecting the briefcase icon when generating files and reports throughout the system. This functionality allows you to maintain consistent communication and easy access to documents without needing to email everything individually. Alexis reminds advisors that this feature can enhance transparency and create a better client experience.

Investment Analysis Tools: Stable Value and TDF Analyzers (20:54)
Wrapping up this month’s segment is Janette from RPAG’s investment team, who gives an overview of two core due diligence tools available in the RPAG Portal: the Stable Value Analyzer and the TDF Analyzer. The Stable Value Analyzer helps advisors evaluate cash equivalent funds by identifying the lowest cost share class, all with a zero-dollar investment minimum. The data is updated quarterly, typically 30 to 60 days after each quarter’s end. You can find the tool by navigating to the “Menu,” then “Tools,” and selecting “Stable Value Analyzer.” From there, you can choose between generating a Stable Value Fit Analysis or a Custom Stable Value Comparison.

Janette also demonstrates the Target Date Fund Analyzer, another important resource that includes fund comparison data and design-related details. Like the stable value tool, this analyzer works with $0 minimums and looks at the lowest cost share class available. Reports are refreshed annually and updated as needed. Advisors can complete a TDF Fit Analysis by answering questions about plan goals and participant demographics, selecting a fund lineup, and letting the system guide them toward the most appropriate strategy. These tools are ideal for advisors who want to offer personalized, data-backed investment insights to their clients.
