Welcome to the latest updates and improvements to the RPAG platform! Our goal is to provide you with the essential tools and support you need to grow your business. Our dedicated team is always working to enhance the platform and keep you up-to-date with the latest features and technological advancements. We are excited to share the following changes and improvements, which are designed to streamline processes, offer more flexibility, and provide a more polished and professional experience for users. Improved Features

• To-Dos
  • We're enhancing the To-Dos feature by ensuring that all selection fields are consistently retained when updating tasks, further streamlining your workflow and making it even more user-friendly.
• Manage Templates
  • Client logos now seamlessly integrate into templates for FIRs, enhancing the overall presentation and user customization options.
• B3
  • The Reminder Email to incumbent template is now populating as expected. Additionally, we've made a text change from “ID/SSN” to “ID” under the AVRS section of the Plan Service Highlights to ensure compliance with company email filters.
• Service Plan
  • Any selections made to a To-Do in a service plan are now accurately retained, offering users a more efficient and reliable experience.
• RFP Express
  • Incumbent information no longer appears on any outputs for Start-Up plan types, and investments now correctly total when updates are made on the quote comparison page, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Fund Lookup
  • Group series funds are now neatly organized for your convenience, providing an enhanced and orderly browsing experience.

Enhanced Features and Capabilities

• Fund Lookup
  • Users are now prompted to “Select Reports” when downloading reports for selected funds, enhancing the user experience.
• RFP Express
  • RFP Express Start Up email notifications have been updated to improve communication.
• My Fund Menu
  • Updates to the company name will now also update the provider name, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Batch Reporting
  • Asset Class Reviews have been removed from RPAG standard templates to expedite the batch reporting process while still offering this feature for inclusion in batch reports if desired.
