Tech Enhancements - February 18, 2022

Below, you will find detailed notes that describe what has been changed or updated.

Enhancements

• Updated appearance of the Meeting Agenda
• “Save as Template” button has been added to the bottom of Meeting Minutes
• Portfolio Allocation Management has been renamed to "Managed Portfolio Allocation"
• Users now have the ability to select their work location/address

WellCents

• Dashboard
  • The client specific WellCents Dashboard can now be accessed from the Employee Service dropdown located at the top right of the client page
  • The aggregate-level WellCents Dashboard provides an overview of a user’s WellCents clients and participants and can be accessed from the Financial Wellness area of the Main Menu
  • The Dashboard contains data pertaining to the view (overview or client-specific, depending where it is accessed from) with the ability to download information regarding WellCents participants, meetings, score averages, etc.
  • The bottom portion of the Dashboard features all familiar WellCents areas (Meeting Scheduling, Business Codes, etc.) conveniently placed together
    
    
• The new Meeting Scheduling area has been separated into three separate tabs when creating/organizing a meeting
  • The Basic Meeting Info tab is where general meeting information is inputted
  • The Advice Meeting Planner tab features a new scheduling bar with horizontal scrolling to select available meeting times
  • The Comments and Notes tab is for internal notes and notes for the participants

Improvements

• Ability to save a WellCents meeting with an “&” symbol in the title
• In a Provider Analysis, the AUM (Assets Under Management) part of the Service Provider Narrative page, is generating values
• CSUIPS are now displaying correctly in the FIR
• Employee Advice Report (WellCents Report) score history is functioning and the corresponding page is generating
